Allie W. Luckman is being acknowledged by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Member in appreciation of her outstanding service as the CEO/Founder of Allie’s GF Goodies.

Allie’s GF Goodies’s mission is, “If you crave it, Allie’s will bake it allergen-free”. Mrs. Luckman opened her bakery to provide delicious baked goods for children and adults with allergies and other dietary restrictions. Allie’s GF Goodies has a full line of baked goods that are free from gluten, dairy, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, sesame, coconut, legumes, and pea protein. Products include babka, challah, pies, cakes, bagels, cookies, truffles, brownies, buddies, donuts, cupcakes, allergen-free straws, and many other mouth-watering treats. Ensuring high quality products, she bakes in small batches and only uses high quality and fresh ingredients.

The story of how Mrs. Luckman opened the bakery is untraditional. As a child, she struggled with food intolerances but believed it was something she had to accept. She did not like baking; she could barely operate an electric mixer. Nevertheless, after having children who inherited the same food intolerances, she did not want her children to face the same dietary limits.

In recognition of academic achievements, Mrs. Luckman earned a Bachelor of Arts in fine art and psychology from Smith College, and a Master of Arts in art therapy from New York University. She has earned the following certifications: Kitchens with Confidence from AllerTrain Managing Food Allergens & Gluten in a Commercial Setting, Food Management Training from Nassau County Department of Health, and Woman-Owned Business from WBENC. She remains abreast of the latest developments, maintaining affiliations with Beyond Celiac.

On top of these accomplishments, Allie’s GF Goodies has been constantly acknowledged for its success. The bakery has been awarded the “Top Healthy Gourmet Snacks of the Year” by TasteTV, “Best New Product” award by KosherFest in 2019, “Best New Product” award by NY Restaurant Show in 2017 and 2019, and “Best New Product” award by Allergy Champion in 2018.

Thankful for their support, Mrs. Luckman dedicates this esteemed recognition to husband Alan Luckman, son Ryan Luckman, daughter Lizzie Luckman Sklarin, son-in-law Eli Sklarin, and long-time, loyal employee Donna Miller.
