With over 20 years of experience in the real estate field, Mr. Sears is revered in the city of Chicago for providing his clients with excellent real estate services. Currently, he is a managing broker for the Century 21 S.G.R. - West Loop Office in Chicago, IL. Specializing in residential sales and leasing, short sales, foreclosures, commercial sales and leasing, he has worked primarily in the residential and commercial areas both in the City of Chicago and in southern and southwestern suburbs. Before joining Century 21 S.G.R, he worked for the CCIM Institute, an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS® devoted to commercial investment brokerage as their director of international programs/operations; he later was on the staff of the Chicago Association of REALTORS® as the manager of business specialties for the commercial and international areas.

In recognition of an outstanding academic record, Mr. Sears earned a bachelor’s degree in education administration from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. Later, he became a certified international property specialist and earned a short sales and foreclosure designation from the National Association of Realtors.
