In January of 2018, he joined the Frontline Property Management team as the Chief Operations Officer. Within two years, he was promoted to Co-Owner.

Remaining up-to-date in the real estate field, Jay is an active and contributing member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and has served as the Fort Worth / Mid Cities Chapter’s President, Treasurer and Secretary in recent years. Jay is a preferred speaker for multiple realtor boards, advisory panels, investment training seminars, and several nationally syndicated radio programs focused on real estate investments including the Real Estate Guys Radio Show, Get Rich Education, and Real Life Equity Happens. In May of 2018, he offered property management tips to the listeners of Vision Realty. He recently co-authored the Amazon Best Selling Book “Desire, Discipline and Determination: Lessons from Bold Thought Leaders”.
