Wendy Sterling, BA, CPCC, ACC, is being recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Achiever in the field of Recovery as the Founder and CEO of WBD Consulting, LLC.

WBD Consulting’s The Divorce Rehab is the first and only program that has been proven to successfully guide women through the pain and fear of a divorce. The program uses tough love, guiding clients to step into their power of choice and to learn how to focus on themselves again. In addition to the program, Ms. Sterling offers coaching, workshops, and speaking opportunities to help divorced women remember who they are and what they are capable of. She established WBD Consulting in January 2018, aiming to create an empowerment platform surrounding divorce where women can find their voice, be heard, and be seen; sometimes for the first time in their lives.

In addition to her role at WBD Consulting, Ms. Sterling is a parent coach at Circle4Parents and a featured coaching expert at The Forem. She has strong leadership, critical thinking, visionary and problem solving skills. Before establishing her company, she was married and a top-level advertising sales executive in the digital space. She soon learned that her husband was not as devoted as it seemed, enduring a traumatic and unexpected divorce. Her world seemed shattered. In this dark moment, she cut the “poor me” attitude, rose again, allowed ‘her sass to emerge alongside her class’, and set out to guide other women going through tough divorces to find empowerment.

In recognition of academic achievements, Ms. Sterling attended the University of California at Los Angeles for an undergraduate degree and went on to attend the Coaching Training Institute. She maintains associated with the International Coach Federation, International Association of Women, and Elevate.

Ms. Sterling donates to the Ovarian Cancer Research, American Heart, and ASSM. Outside of work, she has enjoys hiking, reading, podcasting, and spending time with her two sons.
