Fatai A. Kazeem, PhD

Fatai A. Kazeem, Ph.D., is being recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Achiever in the field of Education in acknowledgment of his role as an Adjunct Professor at Baltimore City Community College.

Baltimore City Community College is located less than two miles from Druid Hill Park, near the edge of the city. As the only state-sponsored community college in Maryland, it is renowned for providing quality education at an affordable cost. It has a diverse population of 14,000 comprised of local, national, and international students.

Revered for his public speaking and management skills, Dr. Kazeem has thirty-five years of experience in education, business management, administration, foundation, interpersonal relationship, and marketing. He is a faculty member of the Business and Information Systems at BCCC, teaching courses on business, small business management, and advertising. The business program is career orientated and intended to prepare students to work as managers in business, industry, government, and non-profit organizations. Previously, he taught at Morgan State University, Baltimore International College, and Prince Georges Community College.

An academic scholar, Dr. Kazeem received an undergraduate degree in business administration from Upper Iowa University, Master of Business Administration and Master of Professional Accounting in international business from South Eastern University, and Master of Business Administration and Master of Professional Accounting in marketing from South Eastern University. Following this, he attended Walden University, graduating with a doctoral degree in administration/management and a minor in managerial economics in 1980.

To further professional development, Dr. Kazeem is a member of the American College Personnel Administration, American Personnel and Guidance Association, American Society of Public Administration Association, Association for Non White Concern in Personnel and Guidance, Baltimore Marketing Association, National Retired Teachers Association, National Association of College and University Business Officers, National Restaurant Association, Urban League Association, NAACP, Eastern Association of College, University Business Officers, and the National Association for Foreign Student Affairs.

A noted humanitarian, Dr. Kazeem has been recognized by the City Council of Baltimore for outstanding service to at-risk youth, City of Baltimore for commitment to improving the lives of local children, and former President Clinton for commentaries during “At the Table” on women’s health and safety.

Recognized for his success, Dr. Kazeem has been profiled by Marquis Who’s Who and International Who’s Who of Intellectuals.
