Mr. Dempsey’s areas of practice are broad, including technical data and computer software, DCAA audits, cost principles, architect and engineering contracts, etc. He is known for being hard-working and having a penchant for detail. In addition to his role at his practice, he is active in the procurement community.
An academic, Mr. Dempsey earned a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of South Carolina in 1977. He keeps abreast of advancements in his field by maintaining affiliations with the American Bar Association.
A pillar in the legal community, Mr. Dempsey has published articles on public contract law. His work includes “New Rules for Contractors Performing in Overseas “Designated Operational Areas:” What You Need to Know - Service Contractor” and “Government Contract Law for Non-Lawyers - Government Horizons.”
In his spare time, Mr. Dempsey enjoys reading, cyber security, and golfing.
