A. Gene Samburg is being recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Top Business Professional in the field of Security as the Former Chairman, President, and CEO at Kastle Systems International, LLC.

Kastle Systems International is one of the most trusted companies for security system services, offering integration, installation, maintenance, monitoring, protection, support, safeguard, and design products and services. Some of the services include access control, video surveillance, mobile platform, visitor management, fire and life safety, and identity management. Founder of Kastle Systems International, Mr. Samburg developed and cultivated the business as it provided services to more than 1,850 commercial office buildings in the United States and Australia. He sold the business in 2007, retiring in 2009 and continuing to offer consultant services.

With more than thirty-seven years of experience, Mr. Samburg has attained extensive expertise in engineering, electrician work, marketing, and security. Before establishing the company, he served for Westinghouse Security Systems and collaborated with the U.S. Secret Service to provide security solutions for the White House, Camp David, and four presidential residencies. His philosophy is to “Notice, Think, Decide, Act.”

In preparation for his career, Mr. Samburg earned a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Cornell University, attending the Owner/Management Program at Harvard University. He went on to receive a Master Electrician Designation and a Certified Protection Professional distinction.

A frontrunner in his field, Mr. Samburg serves as a member of the board directors from Arena Stage and president of the Condominium Association, IEEE, the American Society of Mechanical Engineers CPP, and the American Society of Industrial Security.

In light of a lifetime of accomplishments, Mr. Samburg has had many career accomplishments, such as advising for the business programs at Cornell University and lecturing on entrepreneurship at Georgetown University and American University. Named Ernst and Young Master Entrepreneur of the year in 1999, he has published work in Security and Integration Inc. 500 and Inc. magazine.
