Michelle Jones is being recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Achiever in the field of Automobile Towing as an Operations Manager at Big Al’s Towing & Recovery.

For over 50 years, Big Al’s Towing & Recovery has proudly served the Cheyenne and Fort Collins areas in providing 24 hour expert auto and heavy commercial truck towing and roadside services. Extending their services also through Southeast Wyoming, Northeast Colorado & Western Nebraska, Big Al’s Towing & Recovery is dedicated to offering quick and efficient solutions, as well as ensuring the safety and protection of your vehicle during the towing process.

Mrs. Jones earned a Bachelors’s degree in Accounting and Business Management at the University of Phoenix. Additionally, to further her education, she obtained a level 6/7A certification as a WreckMaster.

Following her education, Mrs. Jones has amassed more than 15 years of vast knowledge and experience in towing services.

As Operations Manager of Big Al’s Towing & Recovery, Mrs. Jones is skilled in handling matters of human resources, payroll, and customer care.

To further her professional development, Mrs. Jones has maintained active memberships with the Wyoming Towing Association, Towing Recovery Association of America, Women in Towing Professional Association, and the International Women’s Association. Additionally, as an active member of her community, Mrs. Jones has made a conscious effort to support local charities and efforts including suicide prevention.

When Mrs. Jones is not working, she enjoys motorcycles and spending time with her family. She would like to dedicate this recognition to her husband, Chris, whom she thanks for his love and support.
