Mr. Desyatnikov’s major role is to grow the company and bring it to the next level of maturity. Backed by over two decades of experience, Mr. Desyatnikov aims to show the world the importance of quality because quality should never be compromised. He is highly adept at DevOps, Agile, and all facets of quality assurance, including quality control, audits, process improvement, and transformation experience. He attributes his success to hard work, motivation, and discipline. He advises new professionals to not let disappointments affect them, and to keep going, follow their dreams, and always look forward. He believes that, “you will reach your final destination if you will put your heart and soul in what you do.” His biggest professional inspiration is his mother, who taught him how to be humane, address issues, and deal with challenging situations. She raised him as a single parent in the former Soviet Union, never asking for help or complaining. Mr. Desyatnikov has held varied quality assurance roles. Early in his career, he worked for the quality assurance departments at UNICAST and Solbright Digital Solutions. By 2000, he went on to serve as a QA consultant and advisor for Digital. Within two years, he rose to ranks of global test manager at HSBC Bank, leading over 150 global tester operations. Four years after, he started working at Sterling Infosystems Inc. as a senior QA manager, ascending to the role of director and vice president of Global QA & Testing. He transitioned to CITI for two years, established QA Mentor in 2010, QA Vendor in 2016, and Occygen in 2016. In 2017, he co-founded QA EliteSouls.

In recognition of academic achievements, Mr. Desyatnikov earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in computer information systems from Baruch College in 1998. He pursued higher education, receiving a Master of Business Administration degree in technology management from the University of Phoenix in 2005. He has multiple certifications in quality assurance/testing and project management.

On top of these accomplishments, Mr. Desyatnikov has been published in numerous highly-circulated magazines including Forbes, CIOReview, Stickyminds, MirrorReview, Outsourcing Gazette, Tea-Time with Testers, and multiple QA blogs. He continues sharing his expertise on LinkedIn in posts, interactions, workshops, seminars, training sessions, and e-learning material.

Outside of work, Mr. Desyatnikov enjoys collecting stamps, watching soccer games on TV, playing ping pong, and spending time with his wife Lyudmila and daughter Brielle.
