Kelli A. Johnson, SHRM-SCP, SWP is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Member in the field of Human Resources in recognition of her role as Director of Human Resources.

As a Senior HR leader, Ms. Johnson is certainly among the elite in the field of human resources. She works in collaboration with other leaders worldwide. Her goal is always to find the best talent, help people fully develop their potential and establish a corporate culture of positivity in order to maximize performance. Ms.

Johnson’s core business beliefs are that exposure to global teams and cultural agility directly translates to attaining the best possible business results.

With over 22 years of experience in Human Resources, Ms. Johnson has set herself far apart from her competition. She has extensive expertise in Business Strategy, Strategic Workforce Planning, Global Agility, Change Management, Organizational Development and Design, Systems Implementations, Talent Assessment, and Succession Planning. Her exquisite customer service has allowed her to remain at the top of her field for decades.

Throughout her educational career, Ms. Johnson earned her Bachelor’s Degree at the University of North Texas, with her concentration in Political Science and International Relations.

She went on to receive her Master’s in International Management, specializing in production and operations from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Glendale, Arizona. Thereafter, Ms. Johnson studied “The Business Implications of Artificial Intelligence” offered by MIT Sloan School of Business and MIT CSAIL (Computer Science & Artificial Intelligence Lab).

With certifications in Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) and the Society of Human Resources—Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and extensive knowledge as a GE Human Resource Leader, Ms. Johnson’s credibility is second to none. She has affiliations with the International Association of Women, Association of Change Management Professionals, and Association for Talent Development.

Outside of the office, Ms. Johnson loves Pilates, reading, gardening, and enjoying quality time with her family. She’s also an active volunteer for her church, the MET, and the Boy Scouts of America Sam Houston Area Council.
